Returns and Exchanges
- RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Making an exchange or return is very simple. Just email us at uniontailors@gmail.com requesting an exchange / return authorization number and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days after receiving your order. You can email us in English, Spanish or Japanese. You can ship the item(s) back to us using your preferred post or courier service. Please note this shipment is at the customer's charge.
For returns, we will issue a coupon card with the same value of the returned product(s) as soon as we receive the item(s).
For exchanges, we will ship the new item(s). Please note this shipment is at the customer's charge.
Please note that our made-to-order, custom made and bespoke products cannot be accepted for an exchange or return.
- OUR POLICY
Item(s) must be returned new and unused. Returns that are used, washed, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note this shipment is at the customer's charge. All items returned should indicate an exchange / return number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
